Overview
- Outer body is made of thick Mild Steel.
- Furnace is lagged with ceramic wool for insulation. Heaters are madeof A1 Kanthal wire, uniformly wound on the muffle.
- A safety thermal fuse is provided to fuse of when the temperature exceeds the set temperature.
- Mild steel control box is fitted on the bottom side of the furnace.
- It consists of indicating lamps, On/Off switch, solid-state relay and digital PID controller along with Cr/Althermocouple sensor.
